Active Projects

If you choose to discontinue our services during an active project, we will refund the remaining balance of your order on a pro-rata basis. The amount for work already delivered will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Recurring Payment Policy

Unless otherwise quoted in writing, all Internet Marketing Services by First Page are charged on a monthly or prepaid recurring basis. This includes services like SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Reputation and Brand Management, and other Digital Marketing services. Some Web Design and Development projects may also be charged on a recurring monthly payment basis.

Client Feedback and Approval

Prompt client feedback and approval are required for all projects undertaken by First Page unless auto-approval is provided in writing. If no client feedback is received within 30 days or by the project completion date (whichever comes first), First Page reserves the right to retain the project cost as we pre-allocate resources for the entire project. Clients will not be eligible for a full refund, though a partial refund may be agreed upon.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Disclaimers and Limitations on Liability

Client Websites

First Page is not liable for any damages to the client, their website(s), or any other entity. Clients dissatisfied with the service can request a refund and discontinue use. We are not responsible for accidental loss or release of client data or penalties from search engines. We only use white-hat SEO strategies in accordance with Google Guidelines, taking actions only after informing and obtaining client approval.

Changes to Client Website (General)

Clients should routinely back up their websites to prevent data loss. First Page is not liable for data loss or website issues. Clients should not make website changes without informing us first. We are not responsible for any ranking or traffic loss due to changes in META details, content, design, or theme changes made without our knowledge.

Search Engine Penalties

First Page is not liable if a client website is penalized by search engines for any reason. We practice white-hat SEO according to Google Guidelines, seeking client approval before making changes. If search engines penalize the site, First Page will not be held accountable.

Web Development Policy

We only perform development work at the client's request. First Page is not responsible for any website damage, data loss or theft, or damage to other properties. Clients should provide user-level access instead of administrative access whenever possible and change login details after the task is completed. We recommend keeping a backup of the website on a secure server. First Page is not liable if the website disappears from the Google Index or is erased accidentally.

SEO Work

First Page is not responsible if search engines discount links from their index or for any ranking or traffic loss due to search engine updates or strategy changes. Delays or performance issues arising from client hosting, ISP providers, client delays, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility. By using our website, you waive any claim against First Page for any loss, theft, malfunction, or disruption to the client website or associated properties.

Google My Business Setup and Recovery

Service Eligibility

The "GMB Profile Setup" service is only applicable to new GMB/GBP accounts. Clients with existing Google Business Profiles are not eligible for this package.

Documents Required

Clients must provide valid identification and necessary business documentation to Google for verification purposes. This may include business licenses, identification proofs, and relevant certificates. Delays in profile setup due to missing documents are not First Page's liability.

Verification Video Calls

Clients may need to participate in video calls with Google for GMB verification. These calls confirm identity and business ownership. Delays in profile setup due to missed video calls are not First Page's liability.

GMB Profile Setup

Clients receive 30 days of support following GMB setup and optimization. Support includes assistance with technical issues, optimization queries, or general inquiries related to the GMB service. For issues arising after 30 days, support is provided only under a new support agreement.

Steps in Case of Suspension

Clients must follow outlined steps provided by our support team if their GMB listing is suspended. This may involve providing additional documentation, rectifying policy violations, or appealing to Google. Delays or losses due to failure to follow these steps are not First Page's liability.

Arbitration

In case of disputes, both parties agree to seek resolution amicably. Clients may send complaints to contact@searchberg.com for a prompt response from the management team. If unresolved, both parties agree to use the American Arbitration Association (adr.org) for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Notification of Changes

First Page reserves the right to amend, update, or change these Terms and Conditions without notifying users. Users should regularly check this page for updates.

Access to Dashboard

Access to the Client Dashboard tool is available only to First Page clients. This tool provides real-time data on a client’s website performance. Access is based on information provided at registration and is not shared or sold.
